In order to help our customers make purchasing decisions, so-called star ratings are displayed for individual products in our online shop. These stand for enthusiastic (5 stars) to dissatisfied (1 star).

Survey and testing

All reviews are reviews from real customers. These are often written after an order by submitting a comment on the respective product pages in order to rate the purchasing experience and/or the product.

The reviews will viewed and checked manually by us before publicationwhether it is really the review of a real customer, i.e. whether this customer actually bought this product from us and we can assign it. If verification is successful, the reviews will be published on the respective product pages.
